Why do I have to clear the cashee and reload it everytime you guys update

If I dont then every new area I go to takes 5 mins to load

i have only long loading times in EC sometimes 3-5min still didnt find cure for that

look in bugs and there a cashee upload that helps it was posted in luly by HC admin it helps
