This was mentioned in titan leagues part of forum some where by a player and I liked the idea.  I was thinking a buff that would let you steal stamina and add to yours.  I think with some huge stamina banks around fs, having that kick in would be fun to watch for those with small stamina holds and for those with large.  I wonder what to call it.  Stamina clone and it only works by taking what your hold can hold for example.  What if you manage to find 100,000 player stamina hold and you manage to get x percent of it and you only could hold 100 extra stamina.  Instead of doing the whole thing it would just refill what you have open by some percent of what the other potential stamina can hold or based on what is in the stamina hold.  It could go either way.  :lol:

 

I think it would add some interesting twists and this is only temporary since buff and not potion. Epic potion would upset fs world balance.  :blink:

 

Just a thought in global events with such a buff would be hilarious.  :lol:  :P

I would say works like the leech buff that takes what it grabs and I figured some random percent of x amount could be storage value or what is stored depending what is easier to program.  It is a clone with lower percent from player you attack.  The funny part is seeing small player refill just about it and rest of us getting a round or two of stamina depending on how big the bank had or storage was able to store.   ;)

I think the stamina stealing buff idea or enchamted, is a horrendous idea.

they have all these new areas that they've added for the EOC. how about if some of these relics give out some new enchantments, such as frozen blade. At 0.01% it will totally immobilize an opponent making them on able to participate in any round of the combat PvE only. how about an enchantment Like Mithril Shield, where it takes your defense and adds to your armor stat without actually lowering your defense stat.

I had a whole bunch of ideas 3 days ago where I laid in bed for hours thinking about different buffs and enchantments. I wanted to get up and write them down but I didn't. then the next morning when I got up I looked for this post in the forum, and couldn't find it. Now here it is at the top of the page and I can't remember anything that I had mine :-(

How about an "Item Doubler" buff that increases item drop rates at the cost of extra stamina? This is along the lines of Doubler and Titan Doubler.

 

Example: level 150 makes you use 4x the stamina in combat and causes item drop rates to be 4x normal. 5x is probably the  upper limit of what's useful, if you go too high then high level Find Item increases the drop rate over 100% and stamina is wasted.

 

Obviously this would need to be coded to not work with Scavenging.

 

The idea here is to reduce farming time for items while not skewing actual drop rates.

Im all for new skills Hoof, but do you think we can get the existing ones working first? Unless im missing something reflection hasnt worked right in a long time. .2% of your enemies INFLICTED damage will be added to youe next combat strike..... but when it kicks in and does supposed damage nothing is subtracted from their HP total.

This player shoule have taken 5159 damage but instead only lost 1 hp ????

Is reflection supposed to still bypass armour?

I thought they changed that because it was ridiculous and overpowered.

Asassination:

 Grandmaster of Thieves:

 

0.02% per point allocated increased the chance to trigger master thiev.

I got an idea, 

 

Warrior spirit:  adds to damage/attack stat if most attribute points are used in either one.

 

and..

 

Iron heart: reduces chance for demoralize skill to activate.

With uber potions out have a buff for bounty board or pvping only to reveal what is hidden. The random percentile if up to hcs to incorporate how many or how long reveal if for. 

 

I got the idea from reveal ghost potion. I think that would make pvping and bb hunting interesting if there are is large potion placement to remove player off bb before clock on bounty runs out. 

 

Another off the top of my head would be have a buff or potion to reset bb clock  while buff or potion is on x amount times before the potion or buff is gone and it can be a timer or hit value of going off deal.  :ph34r:

It's very useful when trying to solo Elite creatures.

Add something crazy like a reverse money siphon. If defending against an attacker, a successful defense has a % per point chance to steal some gold from the attacking players bank. Amount stolen would be a fixed rate and based on player level. X gold * attacking player level.

Add something crazy like a reverse money siphon. If defending against an attacker, a successful defense has a % per point chance to steal some gold from the attacking players bank. Amount stolen would be a fixed rate and based on player level. X gold * attacking player level.

 

Like that's gonna happen .. Player banks are sacrosanct ...

That's why it's crazy (and can only happen if you choose to initiate an attack).

Dodge
0.2 per point chance to dodge your opponents attack and nullify their turn. PvP and PvE.

Upper Ground
0.05 per point chance to inflict double damage for one attack. PvE only.

Look up the skill "Distraction"

I thought of this off top of my head having a decloning skill meaning if you where clone and you are attacked like on bb the attacker is combat notes get information on what player is wearing armor defense or armor gear was defeated or won against as example. It is a percentile that kicks in and has to be in attack mode only for percentile to work only in pvp, bb as an example too.

i do not know if anyone has put this idea anywhere, but since we have keen edge, smashing hammer, shield wall, and armor boost, can we get one that works for hp the same way? preferably gotten with skill points at lvl 2500 or under since it most likly wont be in the highest demand. this would add an interesting twist to the game to where one could use only attack/damage/hp and be able to take several shots (without the need for severe condition)
