It's great to see 10 levels and 6 missions, can't wait to see where the story goes next. :)

Any news on new skills? Still waiting on the coders?

Where are the sector maps?
rather odd 6 missions and yet 254 & 255 nothing but leveling up?
with the 253 mission fairly easy you could be leveling for almost 3 levels.

"Hunter of the Wastes" mission brought up that we built the Phantom Beamer to be allowed access into Tar Thal and search the Dungeons for the lost Dahon and yet i know a few that never built it.
Could you address the issues with the Rite of the Warrior mission, 1. Mission drop in Tar Thal Gate not used in any mission (don't know the name but item is green), 2. Phantom Beamer not tagged a mission item but yet uses 2 mission items to complete it. 3. Phantom Beamer to be used to gain access into Tar Thal and many passed without making one.

Hunter of the Wastes : After stretching you legs,

figured it would be bit of soylent green type storyline. :D

overall, strange content. definitely levelling is taking more energy. almost 3k/lvl. and it does get bit tedious to burn through it even using 4x intensifier. and we have some that was strictly lvling areas right in the middle of the content making it feel bit long there. I was hoping for addon/weapon set, but ended up with standard fair. I think zaelin/forn artwork this time on the elite set. back to 2elite/10 min, but seems easier drop. wimpy elite compared to what we've seen recently. lvl 190 set is still going strong though. and is still the best levelling set.

lot of interesting common items. (att based) decent armor based champ drop.

there was lot of walking designed into the map. and missions were definitely much simpler and cheaper to do. overall, decent effort.

Loved the new content so far. Enjoyed the solid levelling section in the middle, I find it annoying when levelling is broken up to too frequent missions.

BG - we wouldn't ask for updates on the 250 buffs and other things that have been 'promised' to us on here if you kept us in the loop on the threads we already have going

I must say that I find the continual linking of quests to previous elite quests to detract from my enjoyment of this game, so it was extremely frustrating to discover the 249 mission has to be completed before the 252 mission can be. I can't see the point in placing major barriers to progression like this, as all it does is force people to become parts of large factions (so that forming groups is easy). This is particularly true when multiple elite kills are needed.

yeah, i have to say that making it so that u have to complete a mission that involves killing the elite (in this case lots of times) in order to continue a new mission later is really annoying.if u cant solo it, ur forced to find a faction that can help u kill it before u can continue the mission. im fine with normal missions that dont involve elite killing being prereqs to other missions, but i had to go back and kill the 250 elite like 30 times before i finally got all the blueprints and mission item drops i needed for that mission, i'd hate to have had to do each kill with a group instead of barely being able to solo it. other than that point, what ive seen of the rest of the content so far looks good overall

some of the longer more painful elite missions are "gateway" missions and they are required to continue. we should have figured that out by now. :D at least these can be solo'd with right gear. but do feel sorry for some in smaller factions without knowledge, gear or groups.

knowledge and gear aren't the problem.

Unless by gear you include the upgrade level - but the problem with upgrades is the lack of a player base. There are not enough players coming up behind the EOC players for me to be able to sell forged items once I've finished with them. Hence any FCs put into forging are FCs spent. Without knowing whether such items will last 50 levels or 5 - or without having a big faction to make use of the items after me - that is an investment in a low priority game (no need to revamp lots of forum discussion from the weekend) that I'm not prepared to make.

I guess I could always change class - MS would make most of those elites soloable, but a pressure to turn every solo or small-guild player into a purist doesn't seem like good game design to me.
