We're going to be taking Fallen Sword down at 11:00 AM (Server Time / UTC) for maintenance.

 

We'll be moving the cron processes (auctions, pvp ladder, spawning, etc) to a new server so they should not fail again like they did last night. We'll also be increasing the power of the current server so it can better handle the player load at peak times.

 

Sorry for this inconvenience, we expect the down time to last a couple of hours. Auctions, mailboxes and buffs will be extended for this period and reserve stamina will once again be allocated once the move is complete.

I still haven't received my first round of reserve stamina, not sure if it has all been distributed yet anyway?

 

EDIT: Also, are answering tickets until then? Or will it just have to wait another day?

Unfortunately, I haven't recieved my first round of reserve stamina either. Any reason why that could be?

I think everyone understands we will have  issues as the move to cloud was performed under apparent emer condition.   

 

I have not heard any strong complaining by anyone in game yet, seems like we are waiting to see how the move works out.

Buffs were not extended as promised. 

 

I was hunting with some great composed pots and these have run out during the downtime !!

There was a minor error but any that have not expired in the last ten minutes have been extended by 2 hours.

Any news about why some people still haven't gotten first round of reserve stamina?

Again, minor error. If people think they have not gotten the 12 hours of  Stam, put in a Support ticket and we'll check.

Just now getting this as well. Caching Failure - Apologies for any inconvenience! [Error: 1]. I use a completely clean browser.  Nothing else except for a url bar really and it automatically clears caches after use. Maybe new servers?

Working fine for me. If you're using the FSH, try disabling it and trying to access the store then.

Something is wrong with the auction house again.  I had 8 necrotic touches.  Now i only have 2 at my auction house and none back in my mailbox after not selling at ah.

 

No sales have come thru for me since we went back online. 

 

No items have come back unsold from the auction house even though the majority of my auctions are put up for an hour and we have been back online for nearly 3 hours.

 

Auction house seems to be broken again.
