A piece of historical fiction I started writing of "myself" a while ago for poops and giggles. Then I started playing sigmastorm and thought that it might just fit in here.

A robot sent from the future back in time to learn and replicate human behavior and growth and affects of music. Started as a robosperm and teleported to his father carrier to "fertilize" the mother carrier and begin self construction. This is the most sophisticated form of artificial intelligence which is able to understand and practice human emotion.
What he show's as emotion is considered that by human's and is the most primitive way of communication. He find's himself strongly attracted to electronic sounds of songs in music in today's time as it more closely relates to his communication of his future.
The reason he was sent back in time was a personal endeavor to understand the origin of electronic synthetic sounds.
Communication from his era is through what we today recognize as music. A rhythmic pattern that sends a message through sound.
As time today progresses everything analog becomes digital, including our means of communication. Music today is also being created digitally. In djdtm3k's era, every robot communicates through music and is their own artist of sound. Every robot recognizes music as the highest form of communication and on occasion attend roborave's which are a gathering of many robot's that will share the same message for a period of time.
In the future all that's left are robots, the perfect form of being, all that's left from there is a robot utopia where each individual robot lives in perfect harmony and constantly in a state of euphoria. A robot's only purpose is to obtain more information and eliminate anything that keeps it from doing that.
A robot has its own form of emotion, which is derived from a core which emits sound that communicates its current state of "mind" to other core's which can "listen" to the sound. It's only emotion is Motivation. The core by name is F.O.R.T.H. which is an acronym for Forward Observing Renews Technological Habit.
