What about the Karma points and personal Achievements? and taking advantage of the crazy ideas i'm having, how about a game of cards to have something to do meantime we have full stam?, maybe the cards can be obtained from the creatures in realms (not all, or it will be a enormous quantity of cards) and use some system to use them as the Final Fantasy VIII and IX system.
First i want to ask if once someone is develed, the guild receive even more experience, with no changes in the experience they have contributed.
If answer is yes, my opinion is, if they want to be develed, is ok for me, but something i like much is to avoid the guild where they are gain more experience too.
As you may know, and notice, usually the high level players are all in a few guilds (also most of opinions are from players with more than 1000 lv), and of course the small or medium guilds has no chance, or minimum chance to reach the level they have.
