Like the title says, Constitution is definitely not applying to my stats...not the pot, not the buff. Anyone else seeing this?

Constitution is an invisble addition to your stats? so it wouldnt show on your stats

As mentioned, constitution (like sanctuary) do not add to the visible stats.
What you can do to see constitution working though is apply the fortitude buff and kill a creature. note your HP and then apply constitution and look at your HP in combat. with constitution and fortitude, your HP will be higher than with just Fortitude.

In all my time I have never seen it applied to shown stats..so many invisible effects; variable outcomes - gotta love it

You may have been looking at Shield Wall, or possibly one of the enchant stats if you've seen an increase to your defense. As others have stated here, Constitution (like terrorize) is an "invisible" buff in terms of showing on your stats.

I've never understood why CONSTITUTION is an invisible buff - it's an always on buff (0.1% / point boost to defence) so why doesn't it get reflected in your stats ?

constitution isn't 'always' on.. it's basically activated during combat.. could have to do with activation sequences or how it interacts with other buffs that are/not activated during battle..

I also got a bit lost when the Sanctuary effect is not visible to Stats as well. I can understand buffs like Death Dealer are not visible (as DD apply to creatures only, not players). But buffs like Constitution and Sanctuary apply to all PvE or PvP according to description.
I’m curious if Nightmare Visage effect is not visible to Stats as well. (I saw players in my PvP ladder band geared with ~1k Attack stats and very low Defense stats using it)
). I could spend some gold to find out, but it aren’t cheap in AH Special (25k Vs 100 only for Sanctuary) 
So maybe I could found out here
