I think a great addition to the game would be a chat option, placed on any part of the screen and could be movable. You should be able to press the chat button and it would open up a list of your friends online and there could be a search button above their name's to search a player's name and chat with them. The reason to using this instead of log is that sometimes I don't remember what I sent the person, or I loose the message, or it just gets deleted. I think the chat option would make talking to people much easier and less time consuming. If possible, it would be great if it was live too. I'll try making a few example pictures if you guys think this suggestion is worth it or not.

Only if we can have the option to disable this in our preferences. I hate it when going to a web site, and their "chat with our representative!" pop up thingy invades the page every page load, making load times slower.

Just in case you didn't realize it was there, there is a "View Sent Messages" button at the top of your log.

I like it, but like cyrus said, need to be able to disable it on preferences.

Also, I would really like the addition to tag someone, like I can send a message to you like this:

"If you want to buy frags, talk to @Egami, he sells it for a good price" 

And you can click on the players name to redirect you to that players profile.

Would be a really small addition that can help the conversation, like tagging someone on Facebook.

1) In today's world, private chat in a game may be seen as unpatriotic.

 

2) In another game, they had something like a chat blocker but it would slow down your play !
