Nice update cows :) with this update much more players is entering arena tours.
 
I must say, even that I have grudge on you cos you dont take likely constructive criticism, sometimes I am sorry for you that what ever you do half of comunity is pleased and other half is angry (in a light of recent PvP update & return to old lader system).

 

 

I will say couple of my thoughts on arena cos I am playing it.

 

1. Tolken reward is good for 2nd, 3rd.. consolation prizes

 

2. Tolken reward is bad cos now there is no high value item that is interested (like Icon of Styx before) and there is no need to be constantly online to check tours with that specific prize. But then again with tolkens you dont have freezed (half filled) tours cos no one is interested in tours prize.

 

3. To attract players you need to have items that are interested to players, for inventing some set or something. But you need to be careful in other updates that if some set from arena inventing is needed in some 1100-1300lvl range you dont add LE or SE set that will be stronger.  If you do that, interest in arena will drop.

 

4. New arena prize as potion.. hm dont know.. think.. will it break composing interest? or potions from global events?

 

5. Maybe to create constant interest is to add additional 'Epic Hell Forging' where after 5HF you can do aditional 5 but you will need, beside gold and FSP, arena tolkens or even lader tolkens? Something like that. If you create some sort of Epic Hell Forging than you need to be careful that new LE, SE sets are not much stronger, if you do that need for forging will drop.

 

6. Another thing is to add item or potion that must be used if you enter some realms (similar like vison buff). If you do that, there will be constant need for that kind of arena potion. Or some 'time limited item' that you need to equip to be in some realms, when you equip it you have 2-3-4d and after that item will disappear.

 

Another thing that I suggest is to add player entered stats in finished tours that he joined:

 

  • Attack:
  • Defense:
  • Armor:
  • Damage:
  • HP:

 

To be precise aditional info will be only for players that entered tour and they will see only their stats (not oponent). That way it's easier for players to analyse what they done wrong and create strategy for next tours.

For big armor mobs some arena potions with armor reduction:

 

- Spectral Knight 600lvl

- Shatter Armor 600lvl

- Mesmerize 600lvl

Nice arena update with tokens and opponent randomization. One thing that I suggest cows should add is displaying entered stat numbers of finished tours. Beside
