ok so im still a bit shady on PvP ive been killed twice, yet when i encounter others i cant seem to attack them, sooooo...........wtf?

Only certain areas are PVP, such as Dark Forest. There was recently a Dark Cloud over Gothador which enabled PVP for a small time frame. This happens every now and again. Pay attention to the news updates and when a Dark Cloud is forecast, run for a safe haven, like a hospital or cult square, if you are a supporter.

but i was attacked in normal gothador areas, like centra warp gate and just near a hospital, is there special groups that can attack anywhere?

the dark cloud meant that gothador realm was pvp for a while
its not pvp at the moment but look out for news updates heralding the next one

During PvP times or in PvP realms, you can attack anyone above level 4. From level 1-4 players have "newbie protection". After that though you're fair game. Also, FYI, you can be killed if you attempt to rob someone and they happen to smash you with their retal.

about pvp do you lose xp when you get killed through pvp ?

You will lose xp if you lose at PvP only if you are in a xp loss realm http://www.guildofwisdom.co.uk/realms.
The Defiance and the Soul Defier skills give a chance to avoid losing that xp.

thanks the mount bearskin i know its pvp luckly no xp lost but how do i get there ?
i want to make the uber speed amulet but the part it needs is in mount bearskin since its pvp i was dreading stepping foot in there for the xp lost but since the guide you showed me theres no xp lost there so it shouldnt effect me
