Not being at the office is no excuse. Other MMOs in other companies would get an alert their game is down and would have someone working on it...

Yeah, you would think their game being completely inaccessible for 3 days would warrant someone to come in even on a weekend to get it back online... especially with monthly supporter still being sold.

It looks like they forgot to turn the servers back on after finishing maintenance, they have done this before. XD

This is no excuse. All good mmos will alert their team when something is down. Heck if they even cared in the least they would check their forums every now and then. This game has HUGE POTENTIAL and they can't even see it , it is so sad.

Simply put. If the game isn't online by the time I am ready to play it in an hour or so l will consider canceling my sub and moving on. DEVS THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS.

I mean come on, you can't say this isn't ridiculous. I am not one to play for hours straight either. I simply want to log on for an hour or two a night to wind down and then play a bit more on weekends between the hustle and bustle of 55 hour work weeks, bringing kids to dance, soccer. Helping them with homework.

I mean heck. I am a casual player. I came back about 2 months ago and have sunk 35 dollars for eldevin points since and subbed. All I ask is for it to be up. I am not expecting huge updates anymore as it seems the game has been abandoned (and even more abandoned when they cant even have an alert to tell someone when the game is down).

I have a long weekend here where I was looking forward to try to get all crafts to 20 +.

But anyways I have vented a while enough. HOPEFULLY A DEV WILL BROWSE THE DARN WEBSITE AND SEE THESE POSTS AND JUST GET INTO THE OFFICE AND RESTART THE SERVER.... SHEESH IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK?

I mean come on it is noon their time now you think if they cared they would check the website of their games at least?!?!?!?!

I agree that this is taking a long time to fix. Even during the time that there was full support for the game we saw that there were problems after they brought out a maintenance fix.

What we can see is that the servers are up and running and it might help, but it is not a guarantee that restarting them will do the trick. Something goes wrong when we try to connect to the servers, so this looks more like a database issue to me, which might be linked with the fix to the top lists.

Also it might well be that they are working on fixing this, but communication has never been one of the strong points of the cows.

For now, let's just go out and enjoy the sun or rain or snow, so real life while we can, for that will be over once Eldevin returns

Yep today is the only sunny day here this weekend and I already have plans. Was just hoping to get a bit of crafting in last night and this morning... now its time to do the weekend dance class and tee ball routine... SIGH just wanted to have an hour or two for paying monthly (and extra for EP) to the game.........

Y'all acting like its the end of the world. Maybe they did forget to turn the servers back on, or maybe something went wrong. Y'all can't expect it to be perfect... nothing is perfect. You don't know if what they were doing took longer then expected. Things happen, and the best we can do it just accept the fact they are limited.
