Hi there,
I have completed the research project "Orbital Research Facility",
and I read on the bottom of it : "This research unlocks the orbtial research facility."

Now, I expected I could build an "Orbital Reseach Facility" in one colony, but I found I am wrong....
Please, could someone help me to understand where could I build such a building?

Just guessing as i'm not that far yet but i think you have to build it in orbital view at your colony

I had a look checking your guess,
but at orbital view I have only the option to "manage the colony".

Could it be for higher levels ??
Anyone knows the answer?
