In this latest update, we have added the ability to create more characters on your account and switch between them.

If you had more than one character before the game was merge with the Hunted Cow accounts, you can now add those characters to your account. To do this select 'Create New Character...' from the drop down below the Ship Log and click 'Go'.

In the next update, we will be adding the ability to send messages to other players.

Looks like some players are already (ab)using it to circumvent the maximum safe colonies by filling their empire with multi's.
