I've had the trophy pop up on and off for the pass month lol currently its showing

i've had it with numerous other things destroyer helmet turning up to become a jinx picture from my league of legends folder, various other items aswell turning into other pictures 

 

 

i'd suggest that you go and clear all your cookies in google chrome go to history and delete everything you may keep your passwords and stuff but all the rest wipe it ^^

 

 

personally i'd also run ccleaner on my computer after that

 

ccleaner is a tool that cleans up your system and can locate and delete damaged files or dead end files/useless files

 

if you still get the bloody trophy then you sure are something special !

Hey there. I tried some of the stuff cyrus suggested.

 

I cleared my cookies and cache, uninstalled FSH and Greasemonkey. Then uninstalled Firefox. Reset my computer. Then installed the latest version of FireFox. Trophy is still there (not a huge issue. It just keeps reminding me everyday that I am, in fact, number 1)

This appears to be Cachefly playing up again, I've had reports of it getting images mixed up before but with it just being from 1 person I assumed it was a local problem. I'll get in contact with them and find out what's going on...

I got in contact with Cachefly and this is their response:

 

This is the result of a software change that was pushed out on 9/26. The issue persisted for about 5 minutes before it was detected and the software was rolled back. We determined that the problem only affected new/refreshed objects in cache during the period for certain legacy reverse proxy configurations but it appears that in some instances it also affected FTP origin accounts as well.

 

We have gone through your account and purged any objects that were affected so your users should be seeing the correct files now. The actual root cause of the issue was identified and re-deployed on 9/26 so there's no chance of this recurring.

 

We're sorry for the trouble and please let us know if you have any other questions or if we can be of further assistance.

 

So if you clear your cache and refresh this issue should now be resolved.
