1) Image Sizes instead the image having to be 200 x 200 they can also be 200 x 150 because the default for a lot of applications such Photoshop and gimp a re-size goes tot he best quality and a perfect square shapes it wrong.
2) When sending players an Item implement a select all so you do not have to click 130 different resources.
