I believe the postings I saw made it sound like you SHOULD purchase the titan item right away to prevent 2 cooldowns and only 1 reward.  But that topic was a while back and memory is not the clearest on it.   

So would it be better to have Cu Sith, Banshee, and Iron Ring of Fenaz?

IF you use Coordinated Attack/ Defense then all pieces must be from a set to get the bonus.  Don't forget buffs such as Death Dealer in your hunt.  Easier to find for a fair price than level 1000+  buffs,  and around your level most have been able to hunt without SH, coordinated attack/defense.

AM doesnt work on them, as a certain # spawn per map, and respawn immediately randomly (hence why smaller maps are better).

 

I doubt Reckoning works with Conserve, unless Conserve would have another roll to activate after Reckoning. 

 

Same with LF

A list with buff ordering would be great, if reckoning is placed on the stack before conserve it could work on it.

I am sure they have been in a while.  I Go through the list often and got excited about new buffs a while back- then saw many were not available at all.

Buffs came out at 1000.  Then 1200.  Then 1400.  Then 1600.  Why would they then start coming out every 100 levels?    The list you have up has been in auction house from about the time the level 1600 buffs came out.   Off to thread about new buffs/Enhancements
