In my achievements window it shows that I have not been to the Alphex Void. I don't know if it's the same for other users but if it is then it must be a bug. Everyone's been there on their Midgie-killing spree.

So unless lvl 30+ did not get it pls make update!

Uhhh... what?
Alphex Void is where the Alphex Tower is, and the Midgies and the obelisk, you get there through the Arcane Tower in Othalo -- most users have been there because it was required in one of the early quests.

No. the Othalo one is in a Medial Void. Different piece of void. 
Off the top of my head, there are 5 void areas that I know of:
1. The game starting/tutoial void, you can never return there.
2. The Alphex Tower is in a Medial Void, reached from Othalo.
3. The Arcane Sanctum - another Medial Void.
4. The place with portals in various parts of the world (including one in the Arcane Sanctum) that can be used to shortcut travel times (if you just run past all the mobs there).
5. The Betex Expanse, a level 33-34 playable area.
Except for the Betex Expanse, none of these show up in the zone map:

UPDATE: Oops. I just checked - #2 is called the Alphex void. My bad. But I think the achievement probably has to do with either 4 or 5. In fact, I vaguely remember something about a quest to a particular location in #4 when you first get the key/attunement to the portals.

Well there's a bug or mis-text there somewhere because I have indeed been to what is known as the "Alphex Void".

Howdy!
I've had a look at this, and you are correct! The Alphex Void part of the Explore the Void achievement is currently unattainable (blame our changes to the tutorial areas), but this will be fixed in the next update. Hope that helps.
