So I am walking around Eldevin with the flag from a pvp game on me, I still have the debuff that reduces my speed.

This happened when the game ended while I still had the flag on me.

 

I lost the buff/flag when I logged out.

 

 

Also when you go to grab the opposing teams flag and they kill the flag carrier you are not able to pick the flag back up, you have to wait for them to deny the flag so you can grab it again.

 

*cough* new vanity item?
