Ok well lets think about this. I can get close to 300 caches a day from are alliance working as a team it helps me with upgrades and reachsearch hero xp speed ups and resources so we will lose that and have to wait on events and on top of that it slows down are progress because we rely on them speed ups. So how is all this going to balance out in the game play. Now you have little player who cant hit a level 5 alien so it slows there grow time. So we have tothen wait on events. I get what your trying to accomplish with the lag and all i just see this cache thing being a big problem.

Players can still obtain those rewards from attacking Aliens. :) The only real difference is that you will gain the rewards you would have obtained from caches as part of a Challenge we'll be running frequently.

Not really happy about this update, as i suspect this will further increase the imbalance of this game.

The level increase means the gap between the big spenders and and casual spenders will increase. Currently, you are somewhat save, of getting attacked, once you reach a power of 100 million and own a considerable amount of T4 troops or specialized units. Those 100 million probably won't be enough for the future.

Small/mid range players get harvested, and are targeted during events/alliance conflicts, with daily attacks. They do not have the troops (or a hero) left, to fight aliens. There are of course the troops in the bunker. Those are not enough though, for any larger scale alien attack. In addition, every time they are taken out of the bunker, the small player risks of losing them too. While those daily attacks are ongoing (which happens pretty often), the smaller player is dependent on those caches, to make any progress. Yet, this upgrade means he wont even get those.

 

In my opinion, it would be much better for the game, to address the imbalances of the game. It is something players have asked for, since the beginning. I suspect this update is another nail in the coffin, that will drive small players away.

See i dont think you guys realize just how important these caches are to the smaller players and yes this game has a huge balance problem. Now you want to take away the only thing that helps the smaller players w/out them caches the smaller players are screwed.I think you guys really need to take a step back and look at how you can balance the game instead of making it worse on most players.

I am guessing no one else posts here on this as they are used to it or accept you can’t relove it. Which is a sorry state of affairs. But this has been on going since I been playing that’s nearly two years. Weekends there are more players on and it simply can’t cope. One guy using pc said the game was using 2gb of ram and 60% cpu usage. I don’t why you can’t solve it. If I had as many pounds for the times I have heard we are looking in to it I would be rich. Given the amount of money you have taken on the game it is unforgivable we have to continue suffering the atrocious lag at weekends. Even taking a few minutes to get in the game, then wait forever to be able to anything. Soon as you do permanent spinning circle. I will not be posting here again as it’s a complete waste of time. But suffice to say the amount of people who have said recently there not spending another penny is growing. Even the log in/event rewards are pitiful. They have not changed in two years. I could go on but it’s pointless as you never listen to your players.

Hcs don’t give a monkeys. As long as the money rolls they will carry on with the imbalances and the servers that still lag and disconnect. Tonight has been awful.

1.allow alien items to be traded for gear resources

2.add in multi use of items, so that we are not sending so many requests to the server,no one likes using 5000x15min boost, 1 at a time

It doesn't help that after you reinstall on new device or have to uninstalling and download again that you HAVE to create a new account.

The option on starting the game for the first time asking if you already have an account would be useful. I know plenty that have created them when they didn't want to.

Also an option to change accounts easier would be nice especially as we are allowed up to 5 accounts.

WOW! The screenshot did not "name and shame" any players. The screenshot showed "Player #" bases in sequential order to help you investigate what a crock of cheating crap the whole thing was.

So, just to further highlight my point, after the admin came into Delta 2 global chat to tease us with information and to tell us point blank that there would be an event this past weekend to collect armory components, there were no events. No weekend events at all in fact. So, we were teased with an event to collect components for a building he could give next to no information about (including how many components we should try to collect) and then there was no event at all. So we all showed up ready to collect items for the next expansion and nothing happened. This is exactly the reason I stated there is no credibility upon which to justify teasing events, upgrades, additions, etc. We are told just enough to garner interest and nothing happens at all. This is a large part of why players do not stick around for this game.

One of the more important things I think you can improve on is getting information out to us about what is coming and when to expect it. Broad generalizations like, "Invaders are coming, more information later this month." is pointless. Why the big secrecy about what invaders are? Why can't you give us information about what you are working on, what you intend to happen with the item, or project? Why can't we get hard dates, instead of "more information this month"? We all take that to mean we MIGHT get information on December 31st. 

A few days ago the admin came into global chat in Delta 2 talking cryptically about the invaders and how there will be an event this coming weekend to win components for the armory. When pressed for information we got the run around for 10 minutes before finally getting an answer that he or she couldn't give more information other than the even is coming this weekend. Would not tell us how many components we would need. Would not tell us what the hero armor would actually do. Wouldn't tell us when we could finally build and use the armory. 
Why?
Why is this information hidden from the handful of players that haven't left the game yet? You guys don't have the credibility needed for you to tell us to trust you that you are working on great updates without letting us know what is going on. If you are not going to tell us, don't tease us. The last update was really good, and it was appropriate that you said nothing about the new research beforehand because we saw it when it was available and appreciated it as a much needed update to the game. It makes no sense that further updates would be teased without actually telling us what we have to look forward to. To touch on the armory components again, giving us the chance to collect them but not giving us any idea how many we might need leaves us completely in the dark for what could be an important event. We all want the most out of our time on the game and that means prioritization and time management from the gamer. Do we spend all weekend doing nothing but collect components just to learn that 200 was all we needed and then realize we wasted time we could have used gathering, hunting aliens, raiding our enemies, or capturing territory? Or do we only collect 200 thinking that might be enough only to learn down the road we really need 50,000? I don't understand why it is so difficult for you to step into the game from the players point of view and realize you withhold information we need but intentionally tease information that is not helpful if you won't share the whole story.

Can we please eliminate the "cool down period" between when a player can send a scout? The correct fix to players spamming another player with scouts is to put a cool down on how many scouts a player can RECEIVE from another player. If I want to send 10 scout ships to 10 DIFFERENT bases there shouldn't be a delay or cool down period.

That should be interesting, I've noticed that flash events show up in upcoming events, to make it more fun it was good when you only added them 1 hour before so nobody could plan. Flash event means random and no planned but yet we have 3 days notice.

I actually know a lot of players like myself that don’t care to add strangers as Facebook friends for any games, much less this one. Can the shard reactor work like the assist button instead to keep alliances active? Hit the shard button once a day and let alliance members reply to grant you a small amount. If not that, have the reactor produce a certain amount of shards daily or weekly based on it’s level.
