As I am unable to edit the main issue list at the moment could people please post issues here for the time being thanks.
How many people are effected by the problem of losing settings? If you clear your cookies and/or browser history, for whatever reason, there is a very good chance that FSH settings will go with it. There is a possibility that 3rd party security software may be clearing this data for you without your knowledge. Equally I have seen misconfigured browsers fail to retain this data between sessions. If it is a major problem effecting many users it might be worthwhile tracking down the exact cause. Given that I am unable to reproduce it I suspect it may be isolated incidents.
How many people use the online players list and why?

Are we going to be able to queue composing potions in the next update? I have seen your bio and see there is a way that this
can be done.

I think that would be great! Let the rest of us make composing easier through the helper please.

It's a great idea, but I think it would be seen as automation. First let the cows know, and get their permission, before putting in as a feature.

It would be seen as automation, but i'm pretty much 100% sure that it's already happening ...

Eddie Izzard : The National Rifle Association say that guns don't kill people, people do. But I think the gun helps, you know ? I think it helps. I think just standing there going "BANG" - that's not going to kill too many people, is it ?
I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but it seems that everything I eat lately turns to poo ...

Err, dunno what made you think that. I just list my pots so that guildies can order them.

I think it depends how you expect it to work. I'm currently thinking about optionally removing the confirmations around instant finish and discard. This could be extended to a "fast instant finish" and "fast discard option" that prevents the page refresh in the browser but I'd have to check with the cows on that one. Maybe a "create all" button as well.
In terms of queuing, we could tell FSH which template you wanted to use so that it came up as default when you go to the composing page. Once a pot has been made it drops off the queue and the next one becomes the default. This is new functionality so there would need to be overwhelming support from the community to make it happen and would be a medium/long term effort.
We don't have any telemetry available so we have no idea which functionality is being used and which isn't, other than that which we ourselves use. One of my priority tasks is to remove unnecessary functions in an attempt to slim down the code base to something more manageable. At the same time trying to conform it to using common techniques. As you can imagine over the years with several developers adding bits there are many different techniques in use, some more efficient than others.

I wouldn't even be opposed to HCS adding this into the game themselves. Make each automated pot cost double or triple. And make it only use gold on hand. So they have to take a risk of holding gold
/end off topic

If queuing potions is going to be added (something that Hoof has always rejected to date) then it SHOULD come from the core game ...

Adding more functionality to let us play the game 'less' is never a good thing.
If people want to advance their composing then they should log in and make potions, maybe talk to a few people while they're around...
(If people are already using scripts to auto-queue these then that's sad, but it shouldn't inspire the rest of the community to lower themselves to the offenders standards.)

Could not agree more.

I might be expriencing this, but havent looked closely. I know every time I visit the Chat page, the "seen messages" highlighting always resets. Ill try to look closer tonight.

Are you talking about my composing order tool? If so the only way that this queues is by giving a static text string to the user to paste on a forum. I then go into the forum and process the "Queue" (also known as posts) of orders 5 at a time
Also that tool is completly open source (html format, no server side scripting) so anyone can open up the code and confirm this

Hey fellas.
Just seen a topic where a player using the helper was not able to attack titans. It would appear it is due to them putting the creature in the same realm on the Do Not Kill list, not the titan, yet it applies to the Titan anyway. Is this known?
~ Grim
Would it not be simpler to just click the preferences that you have already added of hiding creatures on the same realm as an active Titan?

That would make sense. It is a known issue that if you put a creep on the Do Not Kill list, you are unable to attack a champ on the same square. I would infer that this would apply to Titans as well.
Ill see if I can take a look at it over the weekend if Pointyhair is not around.

Perhaps so, but since I keep getting tickets about it, it'd be nice to either remove it to stop confusion or tweak it.
i second the notion to remove the FSHelper!
