when i´m reading the forum i can see a few more important things then a top ranking... dunno why a top ranking should be as important while there are so many other issues which definetily causing ppl to:

 

think about spending Money  (issue for HC)

to think about to quit (issue for the community... frustrated ppl tend to "infect" others with being frustrated)

to just quit. (well without community there won´t be a game anymore)

Well its a current part of the game that's been broken since the end of January, people use it and are entitled to know when/if its going to be fixed. In all honesty I don't know how easy or difficult it would be to fix it, would like an answer either way.

There are some more issues since beta (if I read the forum right) which aren't fixed either .... the ranking system might be interesting for players who are playing for a longer time (I won't deny that!!) but the main goal should be to release a working game not just 1 feature to get more players. In all honesty I like eldevin but I'd never tell a friend to play this game, cause I'd be ashamed to lure a friend to a game which didn't got fixed since beta .... reminds me a lot of  "an other game" a remake  (since an other post got corrected to not mention the Name of other games i edited this now xD).... I love the game but realesing a game full of bugs and issues which needed more then 1 year to get mainly (not all issues) fixed isn't good to get paying customers.

The ranking seemed to work at some point so the necessary script exists and needs to be checked / updated (maybe too many accounts to handle or whatever) but it shouldn't be a big deal to use an existing script which already worked and change a few things (if necessary... Sometimes it's just enough to restart a script but well depending on what gets affected by the script and where it's implemented a server restart would be necessary and / or lags could be happening for a bit..)

broken ranking list and hcz go hand in hand .. same thing happens in fallensword a lot .. but it gets fixed pretty quick usually .. but i guess the cows r hiding from these 20 ppl on forums in eldevin ... lol

This is getting ridiculous.

 

This evening fallensword players complained about lag, within a few hours they had had a reply from HCS and it looks to have been fixed already.

Eldevin on the other hand, Bugs, tickets, lag etc are getting reported/posted but there are no acknowledgements or replies nevermind getting things fixed.

 

Come on HCS pull your finger out, if the updates for lvl50 are going take a long time at least get the present bugs fixed in the mean time so we can play a fully working, if not fully finished, game.

But i agree, it is kinda sad that it takes that long and none of the devs seem to notice or care.

Well its Monday, no update on whats happening and Xero still hasn't been on the forum since 5th January.
