I have also experienced this problem with the specific egg OP mentioned. This has been like that for a couple days and it seems like its affecting a bunch of other eggs inside of Eldevin City now, at least on the US server and seems like a couple on EU as well.

@Zue yes I logged out and back in and still had the same problem; I've since learned that it is related to the chocolate heart boxes bug, and some players are bugging them on purpose.

Heard that with reference to valentine boxes, any way for the admin to spot who is doing it?

Game Bugs and Cheats

Game bugs should be reported directly via our support centre (https://www.huntedcow.com/support). You may, however, also post bugs in the Bugs Forum in order to ascertain whether what you experienced is, in fact, a bug.

Bugs which are a potential exploit to the game should not be posted publicly. They should be brought to the immediate attention of Hunted Cow Studios Ltd via our support centre (https://www.huntedcow.com/support).

You must not knowingly exploit any such bugs or cheats. Doing so puts you in breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of your account.

Thanks Fiz, yeah at first I didn't realize it was an exploitable bug. When I tried to submit a ticket about it, I was directed to post on the forum instead. (It won't actually let you submit a ticket if it is just a "bug" only if it's an "exploitable bug.") Once I realized it was related to the heart box bug I updated my ticket relating to that one to add it. 

 

Should this thread be deleted then?

No this thread shouldn't be deleted, HCS should fix the bug, we have new players that are trying to do the event quests and aren't able to because of this
