How often does the 25% bonus happen for gems, and is the highest bonus? Also would you happen to know when is next bonus event

If you are talking about fallensword points I only ever recall the bonus being 25% for Christmas. That's as high as I've seen it. So it might be just once a year. If that's not what you're talking about, ignore the above.
