All these things are nice for the player with a 1hit stat build. but I have always 2hit 15-20% of the time due to my build. There are buffs for this too.... can't remember names though
Penny, use WI400+, Necrosis+HF, SH, CoA, and along with other buffs to increase gears' damage. You can 1 hit pretty much everything.
