Hi all! Because I am dedicated to converting my lack of life into helpful information for you guys, I have been diligently working to create a guide to all the dailies in the game. I don't have access to them all yet so I'll update the guide as I find them.
I include helpful locations for items needed for the quests, but Eldevin's a big place! You might know something I don't, or find a better location to find stuff. If so, please feel free to let me know and I'll add it to the guide with a credit. Without further ado, let's get going!

The Crystal Cutting dailies are available at Garl's Jewelry from Apprentice Crystal Cutting Trainer. You can also pick up the dailies for Jewelry here.

Requirement: 10x Amethyst Quartz
Amethyst Quartz is mainly found in the Othelo Mine. You'll need 10 quartz for this quest, 25 for both dailies, and 37 in total (you need some for the Jewelry daily items).

Requirement: 15x Amethyst Quartz
Amethyst Quartz is mainly found in the Othelo Mine. You'll need 15 quartz for this quest, 25 for both dailies, and 37 in total (you need some for the Jewelry daily items).

The Fishing dailies are available in Nidaros from Apprentice Fishing Trainer. You can also pick up the dailies for Forestry, Farming and Foraging here.

Requirement: 10x Stickleback (fishing)
I usually catch these by the bridge in Othalo where you first learn Fishing. There are generally quite a few Stickleback schools there. You'll need 10 for this quest and in total (they aren't needed anywhere else).

Pynwood Logs are obtained from Pynwood Trees found all over Eldevin, mainly in forested areas. You'll need 10 logs for this quest, 30 for both dailies and 46 in total.

The Skinning dailies are available at Hunter's Habitat from Apprentice Skinning Trainer. You can also pick up the dailies for Leatherworking here.

Requirement: 10x Soft Meat (skinning)
The level 2 pigs at the farm just to the north of Eldevin are great for this. You'll need 10 meat for this quest and 40 in total.

Requirements: 20x Wheat, 20x Basil (farming)
Wheat and Basil seeds can be bought from farming vendors, planted and harvested. You'll get roughly 20 units per seed allowing for disease losses. You need 20 Wheat for this quest and 40 in total; 20 Basil for this quest and 45 in total.
----1.5.2 Farming 2
Requirements:
--3x Coarse Cloth
----6x Jute (farming)
----3x Wool (farming)
----3x Weak Dye (vendor)
Jute is obtained by planting and harvesting Jute seeds on any farm. You'll get about 20 Jute per seed (with a few losses here and there from disease). You'll need 6 for this quest and 26 in total.
Wool is obtained by shearing Domesticated Shigra. Nidaros is a good place to do this.
--1.6 Foraging
The Foraging dailies are available in Nidaros from Apprentice Foraging Trainer. You can also pick up the dailies for Fishing, Forestry and Farming here.
----1.6.1 Foraging 1
Requirements: 10x Weeds, 10x Lime (foraging)
Weeds are found all over Eldevin, more commonly in forested areas. There's a spawn right outside Eldevin's eastern gate; go north a bit when you go outside. There's also some spawns inside the city itself. You'll need 10 for this quest and 12 in total.
Limes are found on Lime Trees all over Eldevin. There's a spawn next to the Weeds outside Eldevin's eastern gate. You'll need 10 for this quest and in total (it isn't needed anywhere else)
----1.6.2 Foraging 2
Requirements: 15x Green Apple, 15x Void Mushroom (foraging)
Green Apples are found on apple trees all over Eldevin. The best spot I've found for this is the Northam farm, as there are two Green Apple Trees right next to each other that respawn very quickly. You'll need 15 for this quest and 19 in total.
Void Mushrooms are dotted around the Median Void but the best place is the Alphex Void, accessed from the Arcane Tower near Othalo. You need 15 for this quest and in total (they aren't needed anywhere else).
--1.7 Prospecting
The Prospecting dailies are available at Slice 'N' Dice from Apprentice Prospecting Trainer. You can also pick up the dailies for Weaponsmithing here.

Green Apples are found on apple trees all over Eldevin. The best spot I've found for this is the Northam farm, as there are two Green Apple Trees right next to each other that respawn very quickly. You'll need 4 for this quest and 19 in total.

Wood Sap is generally obtained when chopping down Pynwood Trees, along with the logs. You'll need 8 for this quest and in total (it isn't used for anything else).

The Armorsmithing dailies are available at Arthnell's Armorsmith from Apprentice Tailoring Trainer. You can also get the Prospecting dailies here but you'll likely already have them from Slice 'N' Dice as Arthnell's Armorsmith is a little out of the way compared to the other profession stores.
