for the last week most of the gamma 2 area has been disconnecting and takes forever to get back on and soon as on again disconnected again it happened today twice so far for me please fix thank you

Its the same in Theta2. I have been on about this to hcs since these disconnects started. Dreadful at times. Now they have gone silent on my ticket. They are hopeless. No apology’s in gc. Just leave everyone to get on with it. They simply seem not to care about there players. They have announced update 1.96 yet they can’t sort out what everyone wants. A stable game. Not too much to ask.

Sorry about this! In case you missed our messages in the global channels today, the connection issues should now be fixed.  All players will be compensated for this when our next game update goes live next week!  

 

Apologies for any delay in response to tickets recently, but we have experienced a higher amount than usual.
