So with the new notification system, are titans spawning at random times now? I personally think that will be bad for the game because titan hunting drops are largely determined by who can get a 10-15 minute jump on another hunter for kills. 

I'm all for notifications but why are you changing the spawn times? 

Also, how is this going to impact the rate of titans spawning? Are they going to spawn at a faster rate now?

Its showing up at 0.1% per per point, not 0.2% per point. 

I don't see any information about individuals being able to secure a titan while your guild is on cooldown for that titan. I'm pretty sure that is still a thing but no mention of it in-game.

Healer - 4.03% chance (with distil 150 at max level)

Guild Berserker - 0.81% increase (with distil 150 at max level)

Frag Finder - 34.5% chance (with distil 150 at max level)

Also, what 2 additional skills got added to composing in 3/2021?

How is healer going to work with SSI in terms of PvE? Would SSI kick in before healer (assuming the hit would have been fatal)? In terms of PvP, how does Healer interact with Last Ditch, which would kick in first? I think with distil 150, healer 403 is achievable, so 4.03% chance to activate.
