"In this latest update we have further improved the guild aspect of the game by making the follow changes:

1) You can now create a guild without depositing Fallen Sword Points into it....."

If there is no need to deposit Fallen Sword Points to create Guild, can a Guild Founder be able to withdraw Fallen Sword Points?

I certainly hope not. Just 'cos creating a guild is "free" now, doesn't mean everything else associated with it is :)

I'm not expecting or want free. However like the gold that is deposited can be withdrawn, the same could be applied to the FSP. Founders should be able to withdraw the fsp that are deposited and not being used. That was the purpose of my first question

Sorry, but I don't agree (and I'm a guild founder myself)... People deposit those fsp's in good faith and even if there's nothing current to spend them on, there may well be things in the future.

How does this encourage new guilds in any way?
This game is all about simple math, nothing more and as is the established guilds have the gear sets and buffs that new players need.Unless the structure is changed to even the playing field there is zero incentive to start a new guild.

Also the design because of already established guilds supplying the one hit sets there is ZERO incentive to spend money on the game,so somebody needs to rethink their logic.if anything the structure as is and is unchanged discourages new guilds and FORCES players to join established guilds for the SIMPLE math [one hit sets] that the game design is bound by.

So if you want the game to grow and you want people to spend money, you need to think of a constructive fix to the game combat system.
As of now i bet most fsp is just exchanging hands as players buy buffs from higher level players then in turn they spend that fsp,it does not create new fsp.

Yes i am not stupid ,i realize you need to keep established guilds happy, but in reality you NEED to keep the game growing with new players that have incentive to spend.

First off, interesting post. Some people make guilds just to be "in charge" and they get a power trip off that ... they want to feel special. However, is that growth in the game? not really.

If you want to 1 hit with leveling, then you probably will join an established guild. Especially since certain sets are only available at select times (chompers and Legendary monsters). So acquiring the necessary sets is going to be way too expensive for the average new guild, unless they plan on dumping 100's, if not 1000's, of FSP into the guild.

As for recreating new FSP, that happens all the time. 1) Donators bring in lots of FSP into the game during 20% bonus offers / or regular donations. Ironic that some people praise the fact that they never spent any money on their account. they don't realize a large part of the economy of the entire game RESTS upon new FSP coming into the game.

A big NO to changing the combat configuration. It already works funny some of the time, so a new system would lead to a lot of bugs. Plus, do you have any suggestions for a new system? that would sort of change the entire game. not sure if FS would be FS anymore.

You know, call me an old prick but it seems to me that every change you make is a step down instead of up, started with putting the valuable gear up in events suddenly so that all the market value went down and accumulating in now every fool being able to start a guild - many newbies will try that and get stuck into a guild they created and not able or willing to get out to explore more of the game. They will not be able to try arena and other things because they simply will not be able to get out of their little square you have given them so nicely. Hoof, you have noticed how after each change membership drops a little, have you considered that the changes you choose to make are perhaps not the wisest? Have your marketing people read the forums, maybe that would help a bit.
There isn't much challenge left in this game in my opinion because you dissect it step by step into easy to chew bits in the hope you get more people but in fact you take the challenge and therefore the fun out of it
