so i was just wondering how the resources with the new update coming up for "pvp resources" might be usefull in some exciting events.
1. Time challenge [5 vs 5 team event] solo queue /-
- Objective: Collecting the maximum number of resources.
- Are given a time challenge of 10 minutes to collect a single type of resources, the one team which collectively collects the maximum number of resources of that type wins.
- The resources collected would need to be deposited in the deposit box before the timer runs out, if not deposited they will not be counted!
With pvp resources being dropable on death and lootable, and the bunch of nodes being collected at a spot it would obviously bring fun + competition. You want to safe gaurd your own resources or want to kill the others and loot theirs!?
- Question: how will you count who collected the maximum number of resources?
Answere: There will be a deposit box[The token altar can be used for this purpose] at which the player will need to run to submit their resources!
- Questions: what if someone is not high enough level to collect the resource?
Answere: well just defend the one who can collect them!
- Question: what about the other players that are in trapper, how would you stop them from getting in between and attacking the team?
Answere: you won't. they can do anything they want , deal with it!
- Question: who will decide what resource to collect? wouldn't it be crazy if a resouce that needed to be collected is higher than any of our team member's gathering level?
Answere: While the resource will be randomly selected by the game, It would be also be also taken in consideration that no resource is chosen that is heigher than the gathering level of everyone on the team!
So even if one person has that gathering level say suppose 40 and others don't have that much. Banana or any other level 40 resource can be randomly selected. Now it's your choice to either kill and loot from others, or save your only gatherer in this case to win the game!
- rewards: 50 valor points.
2. Assasination [ 1 vs 1 event] solo queue /-
- Obejctive: kill the enemy
- rewards: 10 valor points.
3. Elimination [ 5-10 player event] solo queue /-
- Objective: Not be killed once, be the last man to get out of there alive!
- once dead, not allowed to go back in till the end of competition
- If killed by a player not in the competition, you'll still be eliminated. It's not for the weak hearted !
- rewards: 20 valor points.
4. Wages [ 1 vs 1 to 5 vs 5 event] group queue allowed
- objective: Win to obtain the wage!
- Types of wages: gold / ep
- once dead, not allowed to go back in till the end of competition in case of 2 vs 2 + events.
- who wins? : The last team member standing alive in there wins[ the team offcourse] !
- rewards: Wage [equally divide among the members] + 30 valor points.
5. Blood lust [ 5-10 people event] solo queue /-
- Objective: Obtain the highest number of kills.
- While if your killed , ur allowed to go back into the trappers and kill more just cuz the thirst of blood can't be satisfied so easily!
- Rewards: 30 valor points.
- 5 minutes to satisfy your lust.
Some other questions that might arise.
Unbalanced teams?
Not possible, most of the events are just solo queue and basically are not dependent on team work.
Wages:
It's only for those who really like to bet on their skills!
Why would you wage when your not sure whom your going with, and even if you do wage it's totally your choice!
why do it? Cuz it's available!
wanna wage against ur enemy? or u think ur team is far better than someone else and you can bet on that! just to add a little more spice.
These are some of the ideas of the top of my head. suggest your own! criticize mine!
