Put in a support ticket too medi, support may not check forum over the weekend, but may check tickets. Mark it as payment problem, if there is an option for that.

good luck in getting it sorted out. I topped mine up last week and didnt notice a change in time till the next day. perhaps it is a time based thing and may take a while to work out.

When it happened to me,I asked for a extended compensation for the days I paid for. I lost out on 3 days of my subscription due to not receiving the buff but my time for it going down and they actually gave me more extended time that I initially lost,they are amazing.

Hi there. I don't see a ticket about this issue? If you've not submitted one could I get you to do that? If there's already one there that I'm not seeing could I get the ticket number?
EDIT: Scratch that, I've been told there has already been one that's been moved along. I'll make sure someone has a look at it for you.
