If people can't even wait a few minutes to let other people travel to the Booty Island (some people are on different servers or doing other things in the game than waiting on a beach) then this is a sad community. And I don't want to heal it....

Not sure what this post is about. But if it's about how disorganized public event bosses are, then I agree. Unfortunately too many noobs (which I don't blame as they don't understand) and too many idiots starting the boss early. When I was tanking wolf at halloween, I would let everyone wipe and let the chaos settle when that happens. Eventually people start to get the idea and wait for the tank

 

I haven't had time to come online to tank this event but looks like there's too much craziness anyhow.

zarg , with the latest update .. the new boss has been made fairly easy .. so if there are like 10 to 15 players .. they can just kill it without the need of a tank and/or healer ... from what i understand .. this means that ppl who did this boss on other server cant even make it in time for another one on a different server

The pirate king got nerfed too much. The amount of adds needed to get reduced, not anything with the Pirate King. Lower level players can still participate even when the PK is level 50. They just need to be patient and wait for a group of tanks/healers. Then the low levels can dps away and get the same shot at treasure as everyone else. Low level players are going to have to learn how to work as a team with other players anyways if they want to do dungeons in this game, so they can do it here too!

I'm taking about Pirate Kings and World Bosses. There are so newbies, idiots and impatient people on this kind of event.

Many of my friends already quit tanking WB long time ago, and now quit tanking PK.

All I could say about PK is...

CALLING ALL TANKS AND GOOD PEOPLE TO TAUNT THE PIRATE KINGS AND RESET IT TILL THE OTHERS COME!

I'm on the oppsite side here, I would never go to wb runs if we'd wait 20mins between the bosses like in the older runs. 3min is more than enough for anyone that isn't afk.

 

As for pirate king, I only go when it's on my server and if I'm close by, his loot table is quite terrible and I don't know why people are taking it so seriously and getting so frustrated about it. I understand waiting 4-5mins but a lot of people whine even about those that start it even after a 7-10min wait. 

 

I missed it twice cause it died before I arrived even though I was pretty close (TA) but it didn't even occur to me to complain to those people about it, I'm not entitled to having 30 people wait for me. It's much simpler to change the boss system than player behaviour, make the system message appear a few mins in advance or give the pirate high hp regardless of level.

Don't worry HEALER, because x2 MAGES can heal to.

So quit HEALER if you really no more taking this. Not problem at all.
