i have been caught for 3 ++ hours now. and the usual trick to get out of the limbo realm is not working.....
please just remove random death events from those realms (zenix proving grounds.) and more......

Put a life nexus in the Zenix Proving Ground. Then I got get knocked off the game and adding tickets.
