how do i heal my self been fighting with one hp for the last 4 day's do am using ring's please tel me

You can heal yourself by using the Hospital square or your corresponding class safe haven (save elves), potions, having another player sacrifice onto you, having another player cast a healing spell onto you, life nexus, regenerate (+) skill, drain skill, revive skill, vampyric rejuvenation skill, zaahar health charm skill, or cult HP emitter bonus.

You're in the Tutorial Realm, so I'd recharge health points at Terrax Hospital at 4,2.

In the gothador fealm, there are shops which sell health potions which will work very well without you having to visit a hospital

Regenerate skill will let you regenerate 1 HP per hour. Regenerate+ will regenerate HP by 25 per hour.
