I'm not exactly new, but I haven't played in a couple years so I'm not quite current on all the changes that have happened. And my knowledge of the best equipment/etc is probably ancient history by now. I plan on subbing when I get a bit more caught up but I really could use a hand getting back up to speed. Please?

Hey,
I'm in exactly the same position.
I was amazed to see that I'm still ranked 262 - at level 12,000 but the top players have gone to insane levels.
I really need some help with the best equipment / quests etc.

Guild of wisdom is gone guys. Jinxeth got tired of paying for it all by himself. Gothaguide is still around though and it's pretty good. Most of the info you'll need to get back up to speed is buried in the forums. Try contacting VickieVerkie or Debrutsid for help. They've been around forever and they seem to have a good handle on what's going on.

Wow, Debrutsid is still around? He joined the game a bit before I did. And Jinx always was complaining about payments, but who could blame him? Good to be back, let's see if if staying is worth it.

Thats the best way to get ahold of me. I have a spot in the cult for anyone, with few exceptions, or, if ye just need a hand, I remember a bit more of the game than is probably healthy for my poor enfeebled mind.
questions, help, etc are to be had, but I don't look at the forums all that often. . .

Same hear - head full of (otherwise) useless info. System always on (except when it crashes and I keep YIM offlines anyway)
YIM - FrankNotman - AKA FrankNStien and over 100 others (usually have about 8-12 in sub at a time).
And yes - I know it seems strange having my RL name as my YIM, but we did things like that back in the 20th centuary when i got my Yahoo account, about 14-15 yrs back.
