I have deposited 22 of the 20 tokens for the quest, but it hasn't completed.
I have logged out and in again and still the same.

Sorry about that guys. The quest requirement is now 50 deposits.
This is a visual problem. If you deposit 50 tokens the quest will complete. I'll have this fixed for the next update.
