Health and mana potion are not recovering as much as they should.
Level 40 HP pot gives 4500.
But it seems to give only 3500 when used in trappers.
same with the rest.

30 % healing reduction applies to pots and 30 % penalty to mana replenishments applies to mana pots too
The bug is STAM POTs are not affected by it .

stam pots are, only giving me 3000 per drink
