Still no time to help me. I am still unable to get into the game - 23 days later. Great support from HCS - 23 days of being ignored.

Soooooo.....12 days later and the issue is still not solved. And no response on ticket either.

Issue is when I try to log in to game on a character all I get is: Login failure: unknown reasons
