hey folks so i tried to change my e-mail for this game but i cant seem  to find this option? i looked in options all i seen was to change password?? any help p-lease!!

Under account details when you scroll over your email where the green check mark is, a little note pops up that says, "Your email is validated and locked to your account, if you need to change it please contact support"

 

So I would say the only way to change your email is by submitting a ticket

?? ok i might have just sent a report some how sorry lol, but i was trying to say that cant be right? i wait till a mod or a big lvl sees threads and confirms thats the only way to change it

In order to guarantee the security of our accounts, we indeed have to go through support and submit a ticket to change our email.  Once started on, one is asked to  submit documentation to prove identity, then it's relatively quick from there.  BG had mine done within 12 hours.  These tickets are processed quickly much like abuse complaints and old account recovery.

Some form of id, and proof of a payment to hcs for fsp, etc....

stuff that proves you are you, to protect you from some yahoo trying to hack your account....

 lol sorry penny for  late reply dont get much free time lately, i dont like to show my id or any thing to any one, and as for proof of purchase of fsp been a long time since i bought any....SO how do i go about showing proof of my id and purchase?
