My idea is if a titan is not cleared after 2 days and it is already secured by someone, a Bleed out/Decay system could be put in place to clear the titan, causing it to take 50-100 damage an hour passively. If in the future all epics will have their own upgrades then disregard this idea.

I've suggested the same myself. The idea got no traction.

I've suggested implementing Epic frags I know BG said no before.

Still a no I'm afraid.

The new Invigorate 1000 potion, Energizing Brew, only has a duration of 60 minutes instead of 720.

The market would be influenced with these flowing in from here as well. If that's the intention, then so be it, but I'd still like to make note of it already being available.

Hardly "flowing". Dripping at best. The SE will be the way to try to consistently get the potion.
