Can we have story mode To3?

Honestly, The lack of high level solo dungeons forces players to either slow combat leveling ....

 

hahahahahaha.  double exp is not slow combat leveling.

If they bring in high level solo dungeons with alot of loot ill grind it all day and get alot of gold. I dont think thats good for the game. And with more solo dungeons why would anyone bother to play tank. Ill spec my two tanks to warsins then. Better make it more rewarding for level 45 players to help out with To3/TR than it is today.

But how many people have all day ??. Should they suffer because you have all day ?? therefore we should not add any more solo dungeons because of this. Solo dungeons are mint.  Def make more and give people the options to earn gear that way. The gold amount that it drops can be adjusted. Although people with rakes of time on their hands will always be able to grind gold no matter what.

Im not again solo dungeon if the gear there dont sell for a fortune. to3 and tr solo would bring alot of gold into game fast and thats not good imo

Well, I was the biggest supporter of solo dungeons from the start but I would have to say To3 should be the only additional dungeon to be added. There are plenty of people now running TR and above. And if you cannot find someone, get in touch with me and I will run them.

 

When you get to level 39 and above, you really need to be more focused on getting grouped up. Solo dungeons were implemented to help people get through the lower dungeons where there was less help. The benevolent quest was also added to help players get grouped as well.

 

We need to be more focused on getting people together a higher levels and not keeping them separated. The great part of this game is the community and the good people playing it. Get involved with others and have more reasons to keep coming back and playing. With the current challenges at high level dungeons, it's imperative to learn to work within a group.

 

My suggestion to HCS would be as I said before. Make leveling much slower in Story Mode and make it much less profitable from a gold earning standpoint. Solo running needs to be there for only two reasons. It's for people who prefer to play solo and for those who cannot find a group. Please ensure that dungeon mode is the far better alternative at all times.

I'm sure you're right. But I am hoping that steam launch after the 50 content will spark a whole new wave of players,making TR Story Mode unnecessary.

Speaking from a solo players point of view, I think all the regular dungeons should have a story mode. No point in starting to make them otherwise. Profit seems to be what most are worried about, then just do what sd suggested and make the story mode stuff sell for less at the vendors.
And a story mode TR might get me to buy supporter for the double relics.

Doesn't really matter though, more story mode dungeons have already been all but confirmed, I know it's the only way this game will keep my interest, I'll be damned if I'm going to rely on people who've harassed the hell out of me to run dungeons.

 

Would rather stay in crap gear than get help from them, or help them in any way. -_-

Honestly, only some of the 45s want to run TR. The vast majority of 45ers only want to do RG/BT/ASV/WB/ and the other 45 dungeons. It's hard to try to find a group, which is why some people get frustrated from tehir lack of gear and quit earlier. And I also agree with the others that solo story mode dungeon rewards should be nerfed a bit. I have no problem with that. Just the inability to get ANY relics at all pisses me off sometimes.

i'm all for story modes.. i spend hours asking for dungeon runs, end up getting sick of just standing around and end up leaving.... I've run vault, ohdar scar and GC all at level and sure i make a profit but it's not like i'm making 5 min runs like i would with my 45's if your going to nerf the price of items then it has to be from normal modes aswell

I don't even log in anymore except WB runs (if I need them). Until player base increased; pro-solo dunegons but some balancing is needed just to make things fair.

well if ya gonna give us bt story mode might just as well make all lower dungeons with story mode option too such as sv to3 and tr make it so no one needs a group to get gear

Also why don't they rename it to Grind Mode.  I mean, come on, no one is there for the story.  In fact nobody needs to do quests anymore.

I still fully intend to do quests with every character I make, dungeon exp isn't that much better compared to just finding a good spot out in the world and slaughtering hordes or questing, lot of fuss over nothing.

 

Even for gold gain, while it is nice getting guaranteed items constantly to sell, it's not like drops don't exist out killing random crap, still sells good too and a hell of a lot less hassle than constantly running through an area and resetting it.

Uh... The chest drops are guaranteed and vastly superior to random drops found out in the world.
