Thought it would be helpful to new and current players, if we post all the guides and other useful information in one place!

 

This may also motivate players to make more guides and keep them updated, as they should get more views and feedback... hopefully. 

 

(please check the last posts in this thread for additional guides posted by others as I am not always around to update the main list)

Please post any guides or anything else you think would be useful to new players and I will try and keep this list updated. Also if you think a guide should be removed (if it is outdated for example), please post about that too.

This should replace the "useful information" sticky thread. That one is a little, um, biased. 

 

And do we have a FAQ thread anywhere?

Nice job.  And I agree with Akadria.  I do like the Eldevin Society site, and truly appreciate the effort.  But the 'useful information' thread has become more a table of contents to one site and not a general post, as other sites are well buried.
 
Two suggestions.
 
1) Separate the internal forum links and the external sites into two categories with headers.  That will make it far easier to navigate.
2)  Add the "Talent Theory" site and its "Talent Calculator" to the list.  The calculator is incredibly useful both for planning and sharing builds.

Has anyone or can anyone make a quest guide that lists all of the quests and where they can be started? This running around trying to guess where they start sucks big time.

 

The regular quests not the daily ones.

Has anyone compiled a list of quests where they list the gathered mats needed for quests/levels?  If not i will start one/  having multiple alts it is a pain to try and remember when i need green peas, bass tuna, and what not
