Good morning everyone.

 

We have pushed the next update for the Fallen Sword mobile app to the Android app store! This will be available to download really soon (If not already). We are having some technical issues with iOS but we are working on them and don't believe it will be long before this is available there too. 

 

Here's the latest patch notes for this update:
 

New
  • Added missing images to guild structures and Relics lists.
  • Find Player added to Allies/Guild panel
  • Folders Quantities added to Inventory and Inventing Folder Menus.
  • Guild Achievements added to Guild Profile.
  • Guild Mass Message added to Guild Info Tab.
  • Settings to Enable/Disable Image Caching added to Preferences.
 
Updated
  • Group attack HUD button now displays message (E.G. “Not Enough Members”) if Group Attack is unavailable.
  • Improved descriptions on FSP offers.
  • Improved error handling for Ads Viewing. (Please note we're still investigating the issues Ads not giving rewards.)
  • Inventory folders now default to Main instead of All.
 
Fixed
  • Accept button for bounties blocked when target is the local player.
  • Allied Frenzy now displays correctly on the skill tree.
  • Bounty does not appear/remove after accept/complete (Unless panel manual refresh) now Fixed.
  • Fixed allies sent requests not being displayed properly.
  • Fixed bounty load issue.
  • Fixed bug where avatar images are not saved on the device, causing them to be reloaded multiple times.
  • Fixed Guild Vault inventory visual truncation on the left.
  • Fixed Infinite load after bounty ticket buy.
  • Fixed load issue on Arena moves tab.
  • Fixed realm bug where location images attempt to load when it shouldn't.
  • Guild permission info now displayed correctly on the guild advisor.
  • Guild relics now load all relics and display them correctly.
  • Private messages now display correctly.
  • PvP dialogs layout issue fixed.
  • Reserve stamina popup fixed.
  • Victory chances calculation on cloaked players fixed.

I am unsure about other realms, but the app had difficulty loading the 3418 map.  It did eventually load after several tries,  but I won't be using the app to hunt this time around.

Hi Penny,

 

I am sorry that the loading time for this realm was greater than expected. We believe this to be a result of the tile set being uncached and having to download. If this is the case then this should be a one time extended load. Would you be able to check if it loads normally the next time you load this realm? Or is it always this long?

hello hi hello, for ads reward is there a limit how much we could get per day or is it unlimited ? because the reward i got per day is not consistent.

Just a quick post to say that the iOS update is now available! Sorry for the delay with this one but we hope you all enjoy the newest version of the mobile app and the delay was worth the wait.

Newcomers are still asking how to find the Basement in the Cathedral 

It would be a great idea to make sure that the Bonfires quest is listed as a Seasonal Quest

On many other app games I play, quests, etc, that are currently unavailable for whatever reason are greyed out and either show a prompt stating they are only available once their conditions are met or are "unclickable", if they are mentioned at all.
..  

With the number of new players that do ask how to get to the Basement, I shudder to think how many just delete the app without asking for help (most games have 1000% more trolls than HCS allows to survive... even I don't ask questions in the Global chats of most other games)

It is listed as a Seasonal Quest in Admin.

Hi EpicPiety,

 

I'm afraid we still don't know what is happening with the shards and ad watching. This has not been something we have been able to replicate ourselves and hence have not seen why this could be happening. We have however implemented a system to collect game logs as the game runs and we believe these logs will help locate the issue. These logs can be accessed by clicking on the version number (located within games main menu) 6 times. Can we ask that the next time this issue occurs and shards are not awarded from the ad, that you copy these logs and send them to us? If possible, we would prefer it if you send them through a support ticket? I imagine they will likely be long and we don't want to clog up the forums with them. A member of the support team will forward the logs to us upon retrieval and they should help us track down the issue. Sorry for the continued issues with this but we are still looking into it and will have a solution as soon as we work out why this is happening.
