Example - I right click on a copper ore, click M to mine it.
I right click on a big ass tree, click F to forage.
Maybe its just me, I love my shortcuts.

It would indeed be handy but really all it's saving is 2.053 nanoseconds of time it takes to move your mouse pointer down by two centimetres.

Actually IMO the system should work like this: you click 1 time on a resource, you farm it until it's depleted. No multiple clicks, no shortcuts ('cause having different shortcuts for every farming/crafting skill would be too much to remember for the average player). Keep it simple

The thing with that is there may be multiple options, and what if you didn't mean to click on it?

Since this was suggested we've implemented double-clicking for the first item in the context menu or right-clicking bypasses the menu if there's only one thing in it.
I would consider this implemented.
