At or after level 15. That is when the alien tech stuff is required for upgrades and research. I

So, it seems there is a visual bug with this event. A lot of frustration with ppl that spent $$$ for rank seemingly. Tier reward screen has same result with a zero score and no progress on the tier meter.

Hey, so about four hours into capturing this tile, some aliens decided to land on top of my troops ;p. I was wondering if this was a rare "natural phenomenon" or a bug maybe? I cant send a second force to gently persuade them to leave as when i try selecting the tile it just brings up the recal feature for my troops. I believe these to be quite hospitable aliens as there are only ten troops assigned to the capture task and they so far have not been harmed. ;p
