I think it would be great if there was a high level belt that would have a gem slot for the new haste gems just an Idea

I think it's an interesting idea.
Slow but steady wins the race or something like that.
I'm just taking it slow, not sure about the steady.

Don't forget Jewarly gem slot's upgrade's. Added more bling to jewarly.
4 jewarly - easy 4 slot's = Possibly useage for new HP/MP Gem - Howlite. make them more usefull.
