Thus far, I've run into Champs on levels 4208, 4221, 4248, 4266, and 4274.

I believe so too. Just tried my hand at them.

The Cloak and Sun Hat are both Legendary items, but not as part of a set ?? - Given the design of the 2 pieces, maybe they're meant to be (although there is also a level differential 3225 / 3550)

Are stairs to new LE grounds in STF currently on the map? I don't seem to see them, but I may simply be overlooking them . . .

They are not but you can by targeting the 5 LEs that are always in the Realms. These are noted in another thread about how to complete Dailies.

Thanks for the new LE sets, HCS. Always love it when new gear comes out, especially when I can use it!

I wonder if people are looking at the recent event the wrong way. Instead of a Global Event with LEs thrown in, I saw it as a Legendary Event with a chance for folks to earn a couple potions and frags on the side.

Could you make the Bow and Arrow weapon into a set together with the Feather Helm? (quest rewards)

I still don't know how I feel about this.

On the one hand, based on the number of positive responses, it seems as though there is a segment of the FS population who thinks this is needed and desirable, so I can't dismiss it out of hand.

On the other, I wonder exactly why people feel this way. Of the people claiming how hard it is to find buffs, how many of you have either chosen not to play the game with FSHelper, or simply don't know about it? Yes, people walk away from their computers, or have auto-refresh. Know what I do when I haven't heard back from someone about whether they are available for buffs? I ask someone else, and repeat as necessary. It's a time-tested strategy that has never failed me.

If we're talking about basically using a Secure Trade mechanism for the purchasing and casting of buffs, I can support that, especially considering how I feel about thieves on both sides of the buff transaction. But this notion of creating some sort of interface like the Auction House or FSP Marketplace seems like a lot of effort and overcomplexity for little benefit, especially when there are other aspects of the game that could use some TLC.

Most importantly, my hat goes off to HCS for all of their hard work of late, especially during this last month. It's been terrific. I also applaud you guys for directly posing these questions to the players to gain feedback on proposed changes to the game. It's nice to feel like an active part of a community, rather than a passive subject.
