Last month there were issues with my account and it took 2 weeks to get it resolved. This month Hunted Cow took payment out for my daughter's account hours after she received email notification that it was successfully cancelled. And they have not taken MY payment out, which makes me a non-supporter. I sent in a ticket as soon as they took payment for my daughter's account. I messaged Hoofmaster yesterday, but it has not been looked at. I messaged Cowboy just now. I refuse to play till this issue is resolved...including receiving the proper eldevin points that i would have got if they had just taken my payment out. I don't mind grinding for levels... but it does not seem worth it right now to me, when i would be missing out on half the gold and experience that I should be getting. And no one seems to have time to deal with this. I love this game, and hope that it is resolved soon.

My account says that my subscription has expired..but only because payment was not taken out. I cannot afford to pay for a subscription and THEN have another payment taken out as well. So until I hear from Hunted Cows, my hands are tied and I can do nothing.

Hope you get a reply soon. From what you wrote it sounds like you cancelled the wrong subscription though? Might be worth double checking you did not cancel your own subscription, instead of your daughters.

Thanks mongo, but she cancelled it herself on her game, and received email on her email that she used from here.
