No, I think the players who used the items should repair them before they return them. If they don't, then someone in guild leadership should inform the player to repair the items. No need to use guild bank gold to repair a player's rude inconsiderate act.

Sometimes players forget to repair items before returning. It happens...
For the few gold coins the guild can spare to repair items, in stead of getting into a he said, she said scenario.
Little effort for much fun.
...and if your Guild Founder catches members not repairing before placing items back in the GS, he/ she can send the bill
The 'Repair All Items' button could be checked or unchecked in the privileges list under Ranks, so that the Guild Leaders can decide whether or not members can repair, or only leaders repair.

whoa now! lets not start talking crazy...
...feel like a structure or a gold cost penalty should be tied with a repair all feature for the guild store. a structure might be useless and ignored BUTdoubling/tripling/quadrupling the gold cost of the repairs might be good for the game

...feel like a structure or a gold cost penalty should be tied with a repair all feature for the guild store. a structure might be useless and ignored BUTdoubling/tripling/quadrupling the gold cost of the repairs might be good for the game
I doubt the doubling the cost each time you repair gear is necessary.

Doesn't bother me either way - just think it's another un-necessary addition that should be addressed in another way - i.e. getting players to take their responsibilities more seriously and actually repair the gear themselves.

Yeah. So it would be a button, either in the 'tag items' sections, or in the GS pop-up window.
The option to have a check box in the rank preference panel, so that leaders decide which rank can repair or not.

Some founders might want to take that option. But other guilds might not. I believe it would be a great addition to the list of game improvements. Many would agree.

It should be a simple button. Nothing too much. Just a simple button. Nothing too complex to make.
It could take 15 mins to make. Someone could do it sitting on the toilet.

The Guild Storage in FFS is almost full at 1500 slots - and every few days there's about 50k gold worth of repairs, roughly.
