Hello 

1.I am confused about  mage-prophet hybrid talent tree. Can you share a good hybrid mage-prop tree please?

2.I have seen leather wearing mages at town is that a good idea ? as far as I know cloth gives us buffs...

3. I am trying to improve my crafting(cloth armor making) but crafting and selling to npc costs a lot of gold. Is it always like that or at some point I will start earning gold from selling to npc? Or how  should I improve it.

1) The basic idea of a mage-prophet build is to spend points into both the mage and prophet trees

2) If you're talking about some low level players who are less than 20, it could just be possible they're using random armor rather than using the correct armor, I have met some players who don't wear the correct armor/weapons to their class

 

3) That is strange, you should be making the gold back from selling what you craft

1.I will try to use your build.

2.yes they were low level 

3. For example basic linen belt(lvl 16 belt) (5linen cloth+ 1fine thread) to craft 5 cloth need 5 colorful dye and 10 flax

1 linen belt=10flax(around 2/3 seed 0.8 silver ) + 5 colorful dye(5silver) + 1 fine thread (1 silver)=6.8 silver but selling to npc for around 6 silver  I cant remember the exact values but I am sure I am losing gold when crafting :/ and the belt is best return some items requires more(basic linen helm) and still gives around 6 silver

the higher your crafting get the more the items will vendor for, you will in time start to make a profit

i think i some times used a mage staff on heal on hit when i was warrior (lv 40 cap) to sealf heal on harder quest as i dinet have fond a sword on heal on hit
