Obvious nonsense: With level 45 alchemy I got the daily number 10. Now the nonsense: to complete the quest it is necessary to deliver a level 46 potion.

Explanation better:

Take lvl 40 attack potion - Do to level cap at the time was 45 - lvl 46 attack potion doesn't work,

thought 44 haste or Armor might make more genral means then lvl 40 attack potion.

 

Not bug: or issue how game devompnt progress.

One can argue same issue with others - why 3 tiers of lvl 40 crystal 10 - 15 - 25

Sever all other minor issue in skill dailys.

What saying is lvl 40 Attack potion what needed for the Quest

Instead - lvl 46 attack potion is being used.

 

If that is case then yes it's bug other, not sure based on description of the issue is stating, simple player more or less trying understand issue if truly is bug or not.

Alchemy Daily 10 (level 45) requires 3 small attack power drafts. Level 40 alchemy is required to craft those, not 46.

 

Edit: I tried offering quest giver level 46 potions and he does not accept them. Clearly there's nothing wrong in here.
